C2C ConnectApp app for iPhone and iPad

Welcome to C2C ConnectApp, a pure apolitical and nonprofit platform. Created by concerned citizens for all smart citizens.

This app lets you:

• Click a picture, make a comment on any grievance or issue in your ward and send it to the Corporator or Councilor of your choice in your ward. The issue could be a pothole near your home, low water pressure in your area or garbage not being cleared.
• Have a look and choose the issue from the list of issues available in the area you are.
• Get your ward number of the area where you live, on your screen (Location services should be enabled) as soon as you register.
• Track your issue. A special token number is generated for each issue that you post.
• Communicate with your corporator on your issue. Your comments have time imprint as a record.
• Get your issue resolved.

After your issue is resolved, you can:

• If you are satisfied with the action taken by the selected corporator, you can encourage him/her with claps and upvoting.
• Encourage your corporator to do more for your ward and keep it clean and smart.

If your issue is not resolved, you can:

• Have a choice to divert your issues to another corporator in your ward.


What you can benefit from the app?

• Only you have the right to close an issue raised by you.
• Once the issue is closed, the app also allows you to flaunt your good efforts for the city with friends on social media.

What if you are in other areas of your city?

• If you happen to see a problem elsewhere in the city, you can take a pic and while posting, the app will then show you the ward number you are in and the 4 corporators of that ward from whom you can send message to one of them.
• Connect and take up issues anywhere in your city.
